Order data: name, address, email, phone and purchase details — required to fulfil your order, send tracking updates and provide support.
Account & marketing data: email address if you join our newsletter (you can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email).
Usage data: cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics and — only with your consent where required — marketing personalisation.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, handle returns, answer support requests, improve the store, and send marketing you have opted in to. We never sell your personal data for money.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our store platform), payment processors, shipping/fulfilment partners, and analytics/advertising services — each only what is necessary for their function. Some products marked "Editor's Pick" link to third-party retailers; their privacy policies apply on their sites.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as required by accounting and consumer law; marketing data until you unsubscribe; cookies per the durations shown in the cookie banner.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing. EU/EEA residents may lodge a complaint with their data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet). To exercise your rights, contact us via the Contact page — we respond within 30 days.
